Should i take multi-vitamins on my days off

I take GNC mega men sports pack on the days i work out and sometimes also on the days i dont work out.


should i take these only on the days i workout or keeping taking them 7 days a week

Of course. If it's a daily vitamin take it daily. Remember though, vitamins should be taken to fill in the cracks of what you are lacking nutritionally. Try to choose nutrient dense foods and use the multi as a cover all. DOn't rely on them for your main source of micro nutrients.

I agree and if your truly eating a rich food plan, then most state a vitamin isn't needed.
