I believe C4 only has 135mg which is pretty low for pre-workouts.

This. Unless it's the Canadian version...we get a whole whopping 150mg .

i usually like to buy bulk ingredients and make my own pre-workout. Beta alanine, l-tyrosine are staples that I like to use.

i train late and didn't want i effecting my sleep was all, probably won't hurt too much at that amount

Ragnarok was really popular here years back, I always enjoyed it.

Ragnorok is cool. I prefer cre02 with rpm for the stim. Awesome combo.
