    Ulnar nerve entrapment....

Hurts like hell!!!!!!! After lifting for 20 years of lifting and hard work 6-7 days a week, it has caught up with me. I am coming up on 12 months without stepping into my gym.
It has gotten much better, but if I twist my arm wrong it feels like someone is driving a six inch spike back into the joint!!!!

Any other advice, besides quitting my job and lifting for a living??

I was suggested surgery, but my case went away on its own with the exception of the odd flare up. Have you had a scan done ?, sometimes they can go in with a laser and remove bone spurs fairly easily without a long rehab.

    Good luck
