Stopped lifting this summer for a few months cuz of drugs police and getting jumped and chit
Started again 3 months ago
Consistently training and bulking rn and boxing for cardio and ability to phuck chit up (BRB NOT GETTING JUMPED AGAIN) (BRB CARRY STRAP AT ALL TIMES JUST INCASE) (BRBBRB)
went from 129lbs post molly life back up to a measly 141lbs so far. Strength levels are pretty much close to where I was at my peak (brb square one).
How am I doing
Being 16 makes me more hungry than ever, bulking is getting sooo much easier
