Looking at her face,pecs, and bicep peaks it is hard to tell what gender she is! Then there is the amount of weight she uses for hammer strength rows and 1 arm dumbbell rows.

I didn't know she was a chick when I first forwarded that video to about that point. it's her body, she can do whatever she wants with it, it's just not for me. It's too much IMHO.

I watched (mostly listened to it actually) it today. it's interesting. I had no idea Branch was so loaded.
I would like to train there one day just to say that I did it.
it seems like walking in there would be like walking into a cartoon in some ways.....some of those guys are almost from another planet...
