    Joint support

In the last 2 weeks i've noticed a right shoulder paint in the acromion joint, when doing flat bench, and some other excercies, it hurts even after a little, when raising hand (also noticed that there is a little swole on a sholder)
I'm thinking about getting joint supplement, although taking OrangeTraid.
    Thought about AnimalFlex, any suggestions?

    Animal flex + cissus
    or
    Orange triad + cissus

But i dont think it makes a difference, its probably ligament tear. You should check your proper form and restrict any repetitive move (like too much of PC work, etc)

Get it seen by a specialist just incase it is something serious. If they say you're in good health and it just needs a rest, I recommend supplementing with Formutech's Flexible or AN Osteo-Sport to maintain health.

seriously....see a doctor before it gets any worse. Once you find the severity of the injury, then you (and doctor) have a better judgement on what the best course of action should be

absolutely see a doctor...I gave myself a 3rd degree AC separation and dislocated my shoulder doing heavy dumbbell military press and tried to finish the workout...stupid stupid stupid...your shoulders are extremely important to your quality of life down the road, take care of them

I ended up having surgery and fully recovered, still have some pain but I manage that with topicals like DMSO, horse liniment, and a prescription cream called Voltaren along with OT as a multi...if your doctor says it's a strain or something less than a tear, you could check those things out to help with pain relief

I started working out not to long ago and everytime i lifted with my shoulders or lets say, a pull up i heard a crack or click in my shoulder. it was a bit painful, felt a sharp pain but the doc told me it was because im not used to working out its just my body adapting to the weight and movement and the pain will go away but to take it slow and easy till i get used to it. the pain did go away after a few weeks and I no longer get it. Dont lift too much and take it easy, joint sups dont work, sorry to say, at least for me other than opioids ive been taking for the past 2 years to help with the pain. fish oil is all i take and some other sups . Nothings going to do much to really help.

Best bet is ask a doctor and get it looked at to be sure.

Og+greens and oximega fishoil, i just add super cissus. That should be covered for overall basic injury free supps. But if in doubt, doctor is ur way to go. Those supps are just like ur insurance. Take good csre of your joint and ligaments, once it injured it will never be the same again.

As everyone above recommended, see a specialist. Also, don't slack on your corrective exercise work and soft tissue care.

That said, I'm always relying on my 3g Cissus XT, 3g Glucosamine, 3g MSM to keep me moving pain-free.

First thing see a DOC ( dont just let him tell you to REST ) try to get an ultrasound/MRI so you can see what's going on, sooner the better with injuries..a basic joint support and cissus+fishoil will help but nothing crazy
