Edit: guess this forum doesn't allow vines. Here's a video link of the play from the sideline.

Years ago, when the show Hard Knocks first started and they were following the Baltimore Ravens, I remember watching a clip of a lawyer come into conduct a session with the team. It was about how the guys shouldn't be having one night stands and things of that nature. I remember the lawyer citing facts regarding professional athletes and alleged incidents of sexual assault. I don't remember the exact number but it was something along the lines of about 250,000 alleged incidents of sexual assault (obviously only documented instances) in the US annually, and only something like 300 or so were against pro or college athletes. The lawyer went onto discuss how she has represented numerous athletes who were accused of sexual assault, and how many of the claims were not very credible. One of the claims was from a 20 minute encounter at the bar a year prior. All so these guys can be extorted or simply brought down.
As serious as the allegations are, which obviously need to be investigated fully, this little clip from Hard Knocks put a lot of that in perspective. I previously assumed the statistics would be disproportionate against the pro and college athletes (ie athlete who thinks he is above the law and can do what they want). Was pretty shocked to see that of all the college and pro athletes in North America there were only a few hundred (I hate using the term "only" but you know what I mean). Since then I don't leap to conclusions about any of these alleged instances.
But, yes Winston needs to mature quickly. He has got every tool necessary to be an awesome NFL football player. It'd be too bad to see him waste it the way he appears destined to.
