At 16% BF and facial features looking puffy as **** and I'm nowhere near where OP is at in progress.
To top it off I've been lifting for a year now, but serious with diet for past 3-4 months..

Honestly consider going 10% cut (instead of 10% bulk I've been doing consistently for past 4 months) because facial features starting to get puffy. So confused.
