I everyone , nice to meet you all ,im new on the forum .

What you think about the picture ? Gynecomastia or fat ?

I had been fat whit ''bitch tits''(bitch tits ? Haha) all of my life, im 21 now and i lost a lot of weight really fast 1 year ago , very because of cannabis, i still whit some body fat and remaining skine , including the chest
Im workingout now and i feel if i get some muscle around, it gonna be fine. What you think ?
Its not a big problem in my life, but ist time to get some muscle

Usually gyno gives you puffy nipples. In your case, they don't look puffy. If I were you, I'd just lose the chest as motivation to get in incredible shape. If you're still dissatisfied with the look, you can get your chest scanned or ask a surgeon for his opinion.

No budy im not blaming pot and i never smoke it to lose fat , it just happens , reallyyyy fast, almost 20kg in less than 2 months and no exercise (very unhealthy i know :/) .
i will visit my doctor.



P.s- I've read some topics about gyno and i cant understand how somebody let this take control of the life, this is a physical problem dont let it become a psicologic problem, im not happy about my boobs aswell, but my boobs are not my life. WE HAVE DICK!!!!

Yes Oskar you'r right , firts i need to get in shape, but i will scan my chest in a few days anyway . Surgery is an option for me only if it can become a health problem or become bigger.
My niples are sencitive to hot and cold.

one result from smoking weed can give you gyno, judging from the shape of the chest It looks like mild gyno. No one here can diagnose you, go to your Dr and weigh out your options of costs in cosmetic surgery for going under the knife.
