I've used this for a while now. I wouldn't say it is "charlie romeo alpha papa" but it does have a lot of issues. One major being temperature differences make the resistance vary massively. So unless you can maintain temperature you can't be sure what exactly are you working with. It is definitely not for people who want to bulk up. I never wanted to bulk up as I'm quite short and bulking up would make me look even shorter. I just wanted to tone up. I'm now selling this and getting a proper home gym. I already got some free weights too. I just thought I'd post this for people who'd be looking at buying it not knowing that temperature makes a lot of difference with weights on this machine.
