Are these good pre workout ingredients my friend bought it today and the salesman was trying to say all the b12 vitamins will give him energy and I've never heard that b12 gives energy

I would look into this further as b12 will not give the same effects that other stims will give.

1,3,7-trimethylpurine-2,6-dione is caffeine. Shady company to have to hide behind the chemical name though... I'd stay away just for that.

Methyl Pentane Citrate is just AMP Citrate by another name I think as well, but if you think this label is bad just look at the GAT supplements.

My bad, bro. Apparently I didn't interpret the question. In my defense I read the question as "energy" from b12. OP didn't ask about caffeine or stims.
