    Lightbulb Need an advice for protein shake!!!

    Hi guys, I'm using the Keto diet to lose some fat actually, wanted to ask a good suggestion for a good morning protein shake! - high in Protein and Fat - low in Carbs.
    I just want you to include, Coconut oil which I bough, Protein powder.
    P.S - what do you think about quail eggs?

    I agree. I was doing a shake and was starving. Started making eggs with veggies and cheese and drinking a shake as a snack. PWO I take fortify I'm new to this as well.
    Working on MY best body. Trying to hit by goal weight before I turn 30 and training for my first Tough Mudder.

    Great breakfast i eat every morning.

    4eggs (You can add double thick cream to the eggs, taste amazing and creamy 15grams (calories 78, Fat 9, Carbs 0, Protein 0))
    100gram bacon (Food from the gods)
    30g coconut oil

    would add mushrooms if i have.
