Hi guys, I'm using the Keto diet to lose some fat actually, wanted to ask a good suggestion for a good morning protein shake! - high in Protein and Fat - low in Carbs.
I just want you to include, Coconut oil which I bough, Protein powder.
P.S - what do you think about quail eggs?

How about real food and save the shake for post workout?
