    Another bodyfat estimate?

Having a hard time with my bodyfat i used to be 300 lbs and unfortunately i now have slightly loose skin which sucks as i have hard time with my ab definition and being able to tell my bodyfat i'm pretty vascular which is what throws me off.

Looking shredded! I see what you mean about vascularity/lack of ab definition throwing you off; for the same reason, I won't venture a guess on your BF%. How often do you train abs specifically? Maybe they're just under-developed (I know mine are, I very rarely train abs by themselves).

Also, mirin' on your calf vascularity!

I've pretty much trained abs every way i can think of and i can feel my six pack underneath my skin and when i lay down i can actually see my abs pop out then so i think they are somewhat developed decently which is another reason i think its my skin but i know i can hit them better which i plan to do with my next bulk.

Also thanks my vascularity is pretty insane everywhere when im working out which always screws with what i think my bodyfat is....

Pretty hard to guess, I wouldn't go any lower though, shredded. maybe bulk and focus on weighted ab exercises. Weighted crunches with a pulldown machine is excellent. for lower abs grabbing a pull up bar and doing leg raises to touch the bar is a pretty good lower ab exercise. But besides that point, coming from 300 lbs, that's a crazy physique you have.

Me too. Have you ever tried to do a carb deplete/water deplete and load? Deplete all glycogen for a few days. Then on day 4 introduce a bit of water and carb load a couple hundred every 4-5 hours.

In four days I went from this

Yeah leave those alone. Just deplete and reload. Too many variables might screw it up.

I just ate whatever I could stomach. At first I tried to keep it fairly clean...but after a while you just can't take it, and you just start eating anything. LOL
