So what have u taken past year that u like? i like stronger feels, my tolerance is high. havent taken anything for more than once aweek for the past summer, if i even do take anything the week. Just for those lazy days and to lower my tolerance. But yeah, whats *****?

I think coffee's your best friend when it comes to preworkouts, the only reason preworkouts might amp you up and make you feel more alert and energetic is because of the caffeine in it, just make sure you dose that chit high (2-3 cups of brewed coffee min.), the effects of it will be much more beneficial and once you build up some tolerance you'll definitely need at least that much.

If you want dat crazy pump just get your hands on some NO2 boosters like Agmatine (it actually turns to Arginine in your body, so pretty much the same chit) and Citrulline, there are many more but make sure you do your research before purchasing them. Get on dat dere Beta Alanine as well, it'll make you more endurant in your workouts.

Das it mane, keep it simple. I think most preworkouts are way to expensive for what they have to offer, you gotta think stimulants, not brands.

Lol and i feel ya, drink, 2-3 energy drinks throughout the night, go to sleep like a baby. i srs drink them for the taste xD ofc the rockstar pure zero and monsters the redbluewhite ones what ever the fuq they are called.
