    Should I Take Bcaas ThroughOut The Day????

    I usually take 5-8 grams of bcaas everyday throughout the day, is this beneficial or should I only take them post/pre workout. There capsules so don't take them intra

    BCAA's are for when you are cutting/leaning down.
    So sure, it'll be helpful in preventing muscle loss.

    And if it's capsules, I would take them before workout.. however, I prefer powder more~
