The zero, Jeremy Buendia, claimed he was below 3% bodyfat for the Olympia. I corrected his claim and said he was a few notches higher.
Like a true champion and ambassador to the sport, he took to my Instagram and insulted a few of my pictures, including:
Seems like a great guy. Really doing Men's Physique a favor by being such a stand up dude. It's not like it's the laughing stock of the fitness world and could use all the help it could get. Now we have little man going out of his way to talk crap to anyone who doubts his supposed 2% bodyfat claim.

Lol you look leaner in your IG photo than he does. I've learned never to correct people when they claim absurd bodyfat percentages. Most are just ignorant and don't know any better or are just delusional. Bodyfat percentages are pointless IMO. If you're dexascanned at 8% and you have striated glutes and hamstrings does it really matter?

I don't understand how even guys at his level make claims like that that obviously aren't true. Even Steve Cook has claimed 4% on stage and I have trouble believing that. That's bodybuilding lean and physique guys just aren't at that level of leanness.

Well considering Alberto Nunez got Dexa scanned at 6.2% bodyfat at the peak of his prep with shredded glutes and dick skin everywhere, I think as a whole, the fitness industry's idea of bodyfat percentage is completely skewed. I know yall hating on Jeremy because of his internet game or whatever, but if you ever get the chance to meet him at the gym hes legitimately a nice dude. I played football with him since I was 10 years old and he helped me in the gym when I didnt know what the fuk I was doing at the same time when he was prepping for his show.
