I know a dude that's pretty juicy. Been lifting for years - just turned 30 this year. Started doing physique last year iirc. Claims to be sub 5-6% all the time. I look at the pics and it looks more like 8-9%. Idk if I have a distorted view of bf% or what.. but he doesn't look under 6% in a single pic imo
