    Flabergastric!

Goal is to get down to 165-175lbs by July or August
Weight now is 224-229lbs, carbs make my weight fluctuate a lot so i don’t know exactly but these are the numbers I’ve been seeing lately
Hopefully I’ll keep some strength or get stronger
    Bench 275 squat 405 deadlift 475
keep cals 1800-2000 and lose 2lbs a week for as long as i can

    175p
    120f
    Less than 30 carbs

Overall aim to just control cravings and avoid carbs until carb ups.
    Diet starts in the am

If you really want to keep as much strength as possible, I highly suggest not cutting your cals so significantly. You're 60lbs heavier than I am and using the same cutting calories.

In to follow, but I'm interested to see how you calculated your maintenance calories and/or what percentage of a deficit you're at.
If it is important to you, you will find a way.
If it's not, you will find an excuse.

my maintenance is around 2750 2850 so 1800 should get me that 2lb a week loss when i try to cut on 2200 with carbs i don't usually lose weight and i don't have time to keep playing around with the numbers to figure it out

im pretty sure that i probably could get away with eating more but i feel like i would stall for 2-3 weeks and then have a whoosh effect. But i need the quick drop incentive to keep me reassured and motivated
