I find it extremely humorous, and sad, how badly republicans are going nuclear full potato in the media re: this immigration executive order.

They just seem like a party of angry toddlers who, when they don't get what they want, throw a temper tantrum. Only this is on a national scale.

Was it right for Obama to issue the order? I don't know. Don't really care. I read the details of the order and it makes sense to me so I don't really see why all the fuss.

I'm jsut stating an observation. Republicans fight against dem proposed sh*t and dems fight against republican proposed sh*t. Neither side is right in this. I also hate the fact that being a politician has now become a career. A well paying and well retired career for that matter. I'd love to feel like the politicians (as a whole) were actually trying to work for the betterment of the country and the people and not just appearing like a bunch of kids playing capture the flag.

Frep's Journal Entry

After numerous sessions attempting 38 reps (10,10,8,6,4) of the below in a single session :
- squats
- chest
- tris
- bis
- shoulders
- calves
- back

I have not completed the entire regimen during any single visit. I gas out hard before I finish. But I'm getting closer each time. Not taking long breaks between sets or exercises so I'm sweating and breathing hard by the time I'm done with squats (the first freaking exercise) and I still have 30 more sets to complete. Ouch.

Already seeing a pretty substantial difference though.

my reasoning is easy enough: get into a routine that is easy to remember, fast to execute and covers the muscle groups I'm looking to hit. Also I want to test my body to see how it responds to continued abuse and whether over training will actually happen or if I'll adapt and see good results

I kind of like the democrat v. republican set up. I think that is good for the country. Really, there are three options. Have one super powerful party (dictatorship), have several parties where there is no majority (political circle jerk), or have 2 super powerful party where at any given moment in time one is more powerful than the other but that could always change. The last option is the best option. It can be aggravating as f***, but when compared to the first two options, it is the best.
