Looks fantastic, but I hope he gets popped if he's training for the tour. Hard not to be skeptical.

Being a male is a matter of birth. However, being a "man" is a matter of choice.
Photo in Avi is not current, I'm way fatter now.

Does it matter, that has to be one of the biggest myths in bodybuilding. Most nattys will make 90% of their gains in the first 2 years if they are doing everything reasonably close to "right" for their bodies. Continued training from that point is just going to be super super slow gains or maintainence of what they already have. Plus since test levels peak in the mid to late 20's for a natty, as you go past that your genetic limits get lower. The idea that oh this 40 year old man has been training 20 years, that's why he can look like that is total BS. Anything past 5 years unless your talking about a natural in his 20's still, is going to be past that persons peak. If they get big and lean at 25, starting training at 20, expecting them to make even more gains by 30 isn't likely to happen. They are going to look basically just the same, maybe a hair better, maybe a hair worse and it's def downhill from there.
Anyways doug is about 190 on stage, but more peeled than 99% of the IFBB pro's at that weight too. Shawn Rhoden is like an inch taller, competes at 240 and isn't in the same condition. He's missing 40lbs or so of muscle compared to an IFBB pro for what that's worth to anyone. He certainly looks very big, very lean and has fantastic shape, regardless of how he gets there and you can't buy muscle bellies like that on any black market.. Least not yet, hehe.

I'm not going to vouch for Doug as once anybody gets to the point of looking like they lift, they COULD be not natty.
What I will say is there is this guy that goes to my gym, early 20s and I've seen him a lot over the past few years and he has VERY similar insertions to Doug.
His muscle bellies are STUPID round and his arms have to be pushing 18"+ at 5'7 (he's sub 8% year round too), same thing as Doug though, he's not wide and his waist isn't narrow, just his upper body insertions are INSANE. He looks like a mini Doug and I've seen him making the progress, slowly, but surely over the years, so I could see it being possible for him with another decade of training.
Doug just seems to have a thick bone structure, coupled with a thick waist and amazing muscle insertions, looking at his size/shape relative to others, it's not blowing anyone out of the water here:
I'm not saying whether HE is or isn't, but I do think it's possible for some people out there, given the right bone thickness and the proper insertions.
