For ppl to think that "anyone that puts in the work can get to 200lbs at single digit bf" is laughable itself,, yes there are plenty of ppl that can nail that in 3 years by simply "eat good bro" and then there are plenty that have put a decade into the sport and will likely never see 200 lean without the help of drugs. The point is to pretend u have the greatest genetics and not let it hold u back, but I love it when ppl with great genetics say how easy it is.. It sure is.. For u..
