I want to say thanks again to Robert Cheeke on the forums for sending me an awesome care package the other day. I appreciate the opportunity to try your products and enjoy them.





According to the Vega Sport website, however:

With zero calories per serving, Electrolyte Hydrator tastes great, so you can sip it not just during your workout, but throughout the day to:

• Enhance metabolism and alkalinity
• Provide antioxidant protection



Flavor Rating: 8/10

I will say i rather enjoyed the flavor of this electrolyte and is pretty refreshing to say the least. I took it while i was at work to replace plain old water and it was fine, also used it while i was working out and it did its job. I think this is a great addition to my supplements and helps my body replenish itself.

The mix-ability i would rate its at 10/10


As an electrolyte this is very tasty and no "Plant" taste at all, just in case you guys are wondering this tastes pretty darn good. with zero calories its a plus.


Overall I will rate this product at a 9/10


My thoughts on this is if you want to try something from a trusted company go for it, an all around enjoyable drink, if you are looking for something like this then you need to try it. so far i am very impressed with Vega and the products they have out now. I tasted the berry flavor and hope one day i can have a chance to try the rest and i will review those as well.



Convenience i give them a 10/10

They come in small individual packs you can take with you and even carry in your pocket without noticing them. when we are working or dont have a chance to really stop or on the go in the heat or playing sports this is something nice to have to replenish those electrolytes and get something in you so you dont end up passing out.
