first pic I weighed maybe 150-155? second pic I weigh 210
diet is good and clean, however I don't count macros. routine 5-6 days a week. and no all my family is smaller/not muscular
and my bench is legit. I've got a strong chest but my oversized shoulders, traps and biceps (18's) make my chest appear small

appreciate the honest answers. 55lbs in 12 months is ridiculous, and theres no way i believe that it was done naturally. Who cares either way. it was a damn good transformation.
