What are the best sups I should be taking to lose the most fat? Currently I'm taking Isoburn (before gym), yohimbine, fish oils, multis, cla, Xtend amino (before gym), L-Carntinie and Casein (before bed) Currently I'm only losing like 1 pound a week, which I know is normal but I'm trying to go for 2 pounds a week so I can reach my goal (175 by christmas) any recommendations?

^^This. Eat less or expend more calories through activity.
BTW, you are taking way too many things that may or may not even help. CLA isn't worth it and you don't need Casein before bed.
I would keep the fish oil, multi and protein sources. The rest is extraneous. I believe Yohimbine is most effective training fasted, so the protein before workout may be blunting the effects anyway.

Adding HIIT is good.
Also, make sure you're taking fish oils and green tea extract, maybe some caffeine. Those are the only ones I've ever known to do anything for fat loss, and only when your diet is in line. I'd recommend replacing some of your carb intake with veggies like broccoli.
I'd also cut out the CLA and L-Carnitine, pretty sure they do nothing. I'll see if I can find the post that had the studies on them"All men can see these tactics whereby I conquer, but what none can see is the strategy out of which victory is evolved." - Sun Tzu

This is spot on
If Cutting Read the following:

I highly suggest you read here regarding your diet:

Supp wise the CLA, Casein could be dropped
Yohimbine needs to be utilized in a fasted state
You could also drop the L-Carn as its not a very major factor to your fatloss
Do you not take creatine? if so why not? You should invest in one for your cut or bulk or whatever your goal is for the price.
Are you dosing your aminos for pre-workout fasted training or as a bolus between meals?
BCAA's would only benefit you for fasted AM Training dosed pre-workout or as a bolus between meals 4-6 hours apart

I can try that because currently I only lowered my cals and not anything else. 1800 cals, 40g fat, 190 carbs, 200g protein. Cardio wise I usually do HIIT on the elliptical burn about 300 cals then if i'm still not feeling tired I'll run a mile or 2 around the park by my house.

You could probably drop it TBH
As far as your intake i feel that it is low and may be a reason for your stall.
If you have been cutting for say 10-12 weeks or so raising your kcals to maintainace for a week and then cutting back down may do wonders on your metabolism, t3, leptin levels to help speed it up and then cut back down.

i been adjusting i started at 2200 then i quit losing so i dropped etc for some reason my body adjust super quick.
yeah I was thinking of going back to 2200, while cutting does fats and carbs have to be super low ? I try to keep carbs at 190 and fats at 40-45 but going back up to 2200 something would have to raise.when will it be my turn?

This ^^^^
A good rate would be around 1-2 pounds TOPS around 1lb is good to help with retaining muscle mass, and also aiding in your metabolism from crashing depending on how long the diet may be.
