    Best sups for a cut?

What are the best sups I should be taking to lose the most fat? Currently I'm taking Isoburn (before gym), yohimbine, fish oils, multis, cla, Xtend amino (before gym), L-Carntinie and Casein (before bed) Currently I'm only losing like 1 pound a week, which I know is normal but I'm trying to go for 2 pounds a week so I can reach my goal (175 by christmas) any recommendations?
when will it be my turn?
can't bench as much as i want cause no friends to spot crew

^^This. Eat less or expend more calories through activity.

BTW, you are taking way too many things that may or may not even help. CLA isn't worth it and you don't need Casein before bed.

I would keep the fish oil, multi and protein sources. The rest is extraneous. I believe Yohimbine is most effective training fasted, so the protein before workout may be blunting the effects anyway.

How long have you been dieting? Have slowly incorporated cardio or have increased the amount of cardio you are currently doing? Refeeds?

You asked about the best supps for a cut so I'll tell you what I use. Looks like you've got your cardio covered although you could add one or two more days a week just go get things moving again. However, I use Blue Star's Blade, Carnitine LCLT and Omega 3.

Save your money(ignore all the supplement recommendations above) and add some HIIT to your routine (like 2x a week).

    Adding HIIT is good.

Also, make sure you're taking fish oils and green tea extract, maybe some caffeine. Those are the only ones I've ever known to do anything for fat loss, and only when your diet is in line. I'd recommend replacing some of your carb intake with veggies like broccoli.

I'd also cut out the CLA and L-Carnitine, pretty sure they do nothing. I'll see if I can find the post that had the studies on them

I'd take out Carnitine/Yohimbine and add in Creatine. Don't worry about the water weight it adds - you're trying to burn fat, not lose pounds on a scale.

    I think he's taking caffeine pre-workout already.

I highly suggest you read here regarding your diet:

    http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...ts-part-1.html
    http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...ts-part-2.html

Supp wise the CLA, Casein could be dropped
Yohimbine needs to be utilized in a fasted state
You could also drop the L-Carn as its not a very major factor to your fatloss
Do you not take creatine? if so why not? You should invest in one for your cut or bulk or whatever your goal is for the price.

Are you dosing your aminos for pre-workout fasted training or as a bolus between meals?

BCAA's would only benefit you for fasted AM Training dosed pre-workout or as a bolus between meals 4-6 hours apart

try cycling carbs and fats. my body works better with lower carbs high fats and high protein. but if you cycle you were keep your body from getting adjusted and should break any plateaus . What about cardio? rotate between HIIT and long distance.

I can try that because currently I only lowered my cals and not anything else. 1800 cals, 40g fat, 190 carbs, 200g protein. Cardio wise I usually do HIIT on the elliptical burn about 300 cals then if i'm still not feeling tired I'll run a mile or 2 around the park by my house.

You could probably drop it TBH
As far as your intake i feel that it is low and may be a reason for your stall.
If you have been cutting for say 10-12 weeks or so raising your kcals to maintainace for a week and then cutting back down may do wonders on your metabolism, t3, leptin levels to help speed it up and then cut back down.

yeah I was thinking of going back to 2200, while cutting does fats and carbs have to be super low ? I try to keep carbs at 190 and fats at 40-45 but going back up to 2200 something would have to raise.
when will it be my turn?

aim for at least 1-1.25g/lb of protein at least 20% from fats and rest carbs, adjust as needed/suited, some prefer higher fats and less carbs. Myself i am like you and a low fat guy. I operate much better.

You don't want to lose 2 pounds a week, dude, and if you do it's gonna basically take starvation. not supplements.

If you don't mind answering, can you please mention why one shouldn't lose 2 pounds a week ? I'm cutting myself and aiming for 2 pounds a week too. I thought losing 3.5 kg/month is safe.

    Am I wrong here ?

It's not unsafe, per se, rather that it simply tends to be a faster rate than desirable. The faster you lose BW (especially when you're not VERY overweight) the more of it is going to be LBM instead of just BF>

    This ^^^^
A good rate would be around 1-2 pounds TOPS around 1lb is good to help with retaining muscle mass, and also aiding in your metabolism from crashing depending on how long the diet may be.
