    No, there is different type of most muscular - crab MM, hands clasped MM, hands on hips MM etc. they are different poses. but there is no standard as to how they are done. Each competitor can hit a pose however which way they want, just because you don't like the way competitor does it doesn't make it the wrong way or a different variation of a pose

    A forearm has nothing to do nor does it interfere on who has the best biceps. Therefore me using phil's forearm on kai will not interfere on who has the best biceps. I only mentioned it to help you see...i don't need it, pretty clear without it.

    It comes down to preference really. the MM is regarded as Phil's best pose and apparently has been argued as the GOAT MM and "owns" everyone else's, however I see Kai clearly holding his own and they both look beastly there. Some people may prefer Phil's look to Kai's and vice versa. personally I think his overpowering kangaroo arms and mammary-esque chest ruin the pose and severely throw off his flow.

    Phil shouldn't be hitting any other MM than the Hands Clasped, it's at his full advantage and none of Kai's MMs can rival it.
