Lets just say phil would certainty give 02 ronnie much more of a fight than 02 levrone.
He might have also won some points in 01, but that would turn into a whole jay 01 vs phil 11 thread so better shut up.

2002 good quality footage. Levrone is wayyy ova tha line.

Levrone looks epic in the side relaxed poses, in the upper body. Ronnie was definitely not his usual self."Kai's traps outsize him, when you compare them to the rest of his body, he's very very thick there, it makes him unbalanced." - Lee Thompson

Ronnie would clearly be the best but Phil gets the title nom sayin
I'm the best ever. I'm the most brutal and vicious, the most ruthless champion there's ever been. There's no one can stop me. Lennox is a conquerer? No, I'm Alexander, he's no Alexander. I'm the best ever! There's never been anybody as ruthless! I'm Sonny Liston, I'm Jack Dempsey. There's no one like me. I'm from their cloth. There is no one who can match me. My style is impetuous, my defense is impregnable, and I'm just ferocious. I want your heart! I want to eat your children! - Mike Tyson

I think this is a plausible scenario. I assume by later you mean either 2006 or 2007. 2007 Ronnie would obv lose to Phil.
IMO
98,99,00,03,04,05-Ronnie wins.
2001 and 2002 would be closer than what some people think.
Remember people, Ronnie lost prejudging in 2001 and finals in 2002, so hes not a golden god that was unbeatable those times.
I'd be interested in seeing picture comparisons. Unfortunately the lights in 2001 and 2002 (or the picture quality) are so much ****tier.Frustrated at bodybuilding? Read my rant:

It depends, he could stack up as good Phil or better for a few speculated reasons;
Phil's conditioning and height would hold up better with Ronnie than Kai would.
Kai's structure, size and thickness would hold up better with Ronnie than Phil's would.
The main points would be Kai's legs from the side and his back thickness.

I'd say Ronnie; not by a wide margin, but not barely either, but by a moderate margin.

I will catch heat for this but I think Phil's physique looks off with the way his clavicles are compared to his arms and chest. It doesn't strike me as Mr. Olympia material.. but definitely in other ways he does have what it takes (conditioning and full muscle bellies etc)..
Looking at Ronnie and his shoulder width and his proportions in general.. it is like a breath of fresh air. I think when compared with Ronnie, the flaws would become very apparent.
Just an opinion and I know many will disagree.
