Greetings, Im currently 7 weeks out from a mens physique show that Ill compete in.
My stats are 5´9, 79kgs atm and around 10% bf.
Is it realist for me to try to get down to 7-8% wihtout looking flat with the time left i have? (Naturally )
The show will be on nov 23th.
Ill get 20 days of vacation so i can dedicate 2 training sessions in the day(morning cardio and lift in the afternoon )
Any tips, recommendations ?
THanks !

Increase HIIT 15 min before your workout every day you burn more calories when you lift if you do it that way. Increased heart rate for longer duration of time HIIT 5-6x a week plus 45min am cardio or whatever your morning cardio is

That's an awful lot of HIIT. I honestly wouldn't recommend any more than 2-3 sessions per week of up to 30 minutes regarding HIIT. I also think that post-workout would be far more optimal. Pre-workout HIIT would only exhaust you and likely negatively influence strength during the lifting portion of your workout.
