Was just about to say that OZ. If everyone listened 8PM to 6 AM would be the new peak demand time! And if X gallons are used per day, what does it really matter when they are used?
I kinda get electricty where the grid literally can't transport what is needed during some peak times. Are the water mains in your area really at peak usage, where so many are using at once that pressure is dropping?
I'm of the assumption that it is overall convervation realated which would mean when its used wouldn't matter in regards to showers, dishes, etc. It matters for lawn watering as it will sink in nice at night and not evaporate, but for home use, SMH.Bench 335 x 4, 375 x 1

I turned down a job offer 3 months ago. It was in CA. Great company but the more research I did the more I realized i would be getting .22 cents less on my already lowered dollar. And I spoke to a few people I know out there and not one had many positives to mention outside of the sun, beach, hot women and In and out Burger. Wait.........shti. Maybe I should have gone.

So much fail with gov't.
In our city, we have a lawn watering ban in effect from May 1 to Oct. 31 in order to conserve water. We can water only two days per week before 9am and after 5pm. It's been in effect for at least five years now. Last year, the water dept. raised everyone's rates because they weren't generating enough revenue.
