haven't tried the splittens yet, but gotta believe they'll be an improvement over any glove. knitted mittens inside leather mittens are only thing that would keep hands warm on bikes in IA winters, but near zero reaction ability with levers.
gotta like mother nature pi$$ing all over your toy plans. ugh.

no idea what a savoy is, but last two years during work insurance health assessment, i've been listed as obese. that fatasfug nurse was looking at my documents. i asked her why bmi was important and she explained about fat, etc. then she looked up at me twice her age and actually lean and just shut up. fuggin stupid. wish they'd use bodyfat vs. bmi.

Quit smoking 11 months ago. A pack a day for two years. Can confirm, its part of why I got fat. Brb 2 cigs take the place of a 1000 calorie snack lolol.
Now I just drink coffee in the morning and it seems to help. I do intermittent fasting which gives the perk of having larger meals as well.Everyone can talk chit on the internet until they encounter a 6'7 framed Dorian Yates barndoor boeing747 turtle back freak of nature who drives over 200+ on the autobahn

no, sleeping outside in -9 F weather last year.
I need to lose weight too.
At around 234 this morning. Want to get to 195-200. I need to take in a lot more water. Might start walking home from the train station at night now too.
Anyone have a positive experience with any of those fitness trackers? I see FitBit but everyone pans them.
Good job on the cut Dan, look so much better.

can't just get a new phone and dump from the explorer back onto it? or you using Dennis's insurance logic toward backups. who needs 'em?
at least it happened before. my sim card bit it while on a long trip. no nav, no call, at least the radar app and tunes still worked.
gotcha. multicolored kastanza coat/sleeping bag.
i use the bb.com tracker and yeah, it has it's annoyances like any technology, but overall pretty cool. once you get your workouts set up in it, can rip through them while at the gym, just punch in the weight and reps, tracks to see progress, then the measurement stuff on the pc is nice too for tracking.Axe, author of "No Limits - No Regrets"

Thanks brah. It's a work in progress.
You're looking at dropping the same weight as me I see (roughly 40lbs). As far as the fitness trackers go, I've heard it keeps some people motivated, others, it doesn't make a bit of difference. The heartrate monitor on those things is not very reliable. Wearing a band around your wrist, being about as far from your heart as you can get, isn't the ideal way to measure your heartrate. One with a chest strap is much more likely to give you an accurate reading.
All I can say is get the MyFitnessPal app and track your calorie/macro intake. It's helped me tremendously.
Also Michael Kory Fitness on youtube has a bunch of recipes that I use every day. He includes the macro content, calories, and most of the recipes are pretty good to be honest.Everyone can talk chit on the internet until they encounter a 6'7 framed Dorian Yates barndoor boeing747 turtle back freak of nature who drives over 200+ on the autobahn

I tend to binge on weekends so it is a struggle. I need to cut down on the sugar crap again. Thinking a Syntha-6 shake for lunch today rather than a honkin' piece of lasagna.
I will look at MyFitnessPal again, I have used it in the past. I just need to stick to it.

I feel ya. My problem was not packing my lunch. Brb 1200 calorie burger and fries every day.
It helps. I literally just bought Mike's recipe book since ive exhausted his videos for recipes. Gonna make some turkey stuffed peppers and some burgers for tomorrow.

Im not as busy as most people. Im home by 4pm and have no obligations on any day, in bed by 9 or 10, so ive got plenty of time.
That said, my lunch every single day is a 2 handfuls of spinach leaves, a chicken breast cooked how I want, a fiber one bar, greek yogurt, and a green tea. I cook all 5 chicken breasts sunday afternoon. Prep the night before and walk out the door in the morning.
I feel bad for brahs with strangling work schedules, but hopefully there's enjoyment in itEveryone can talk chit on the internet until they encounter a 6'7 framed Dorian Yates barndoor boeing747 turtle back freak of nature who drives over 200+ on the autobahn

Avocados and Flavorgod seasonings have made eating cleaner a lot easier for me. I just fuking love avocados, and I thought that the Flavorgod guy just paid a fukton of people to endorse him for the longest time, but when I started seeing retarded-sounding posts that looked like they were assembled by preschoolers also praising it, I decided to give it a try. Sht is fantastic.
Selling the R6 today, then going to go check out a lightly used set of Warp 9s for a ridiculous price. Funny how life works; you put up a for sale ad on Supermoto Junkie, and the only hit you get is a local guy trying to sell you wheels.... it worked lmao.2015 KTM Super Duke R ABS || 2014 KTM 300XC-W || 2006 ZX6R || 2020 CRF125F || 2016 Rancher 420 || 2017 Z125

i wonder if the Extra_Weight_Staat was a result of the job forcing you to eat fatburger/fries every day. done that before, and dang tough to eat moderately healthy going to lunch w/o spending a fortune. glad you're able to make your own lunches.
just finished ground turkey, roasted spuds, and frozen peas and put it in tupperware for my 5 lunches this week.

Stuffed Peppers
1lb ground turkey (93% lean)
3 bell peppers cut in half and gutted
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400F or 230C. Cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds and insides. Brown ground turkey and onions in frying pan until turkey is cooked and onions are translucent. Drain juices in a strainer, and put back in frying pan. Add tomato sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Place halved bell peppers on cookie sheet with aluminum foil on top. Fill each pepper (6 halves) with ground turkey mixture. Put in oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, sprinkle your shredded cheese on top and cook for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

this is also the worst possible time to sell a bike. chitty weather and everyone's broke from holidays. Spring is the best time, weather improves, fools think they're rich again, tax refunds, bonuses, etc. Huge factor in things like boats, bikes, sporty cars, etc.

I'm fortunate enough that I am actually interested in what I do (mechanical engineering). Seems most of my friends, especially those who went to university with no end goal in mind, have no interest in their work.
Liking my work only makes it easier to work 11 hours days; it's not the reason I do it. I just love spending money too much, and need that overtime pay.
I weighed in at 203 today, which is the heaviest I've ever been (hit 200 three years ago, but was considerably fatter). I wanna keep bulking til the end of February, which is hopefully enough time to hit 210, and then try to cut to 180.| MISC KNEEDRAGGER |
