In. Should I turbo my ninja? I was also thinking of removing the pads on the rear brakes because I never use them.

INNN!
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

5star OP
Also making the switch to full touring/cruiser, what are the longest lasting tires out there?I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

wow, stunned. all the logic of heating the rotor and cooling at different rates causing deformation is really just pad interaction with rotor material. i sit corrected.
That means i owe Ian an apology. When you come off sounding like you did and saying anyone who disagrees with you is a retard and no science to back it up, well, shouldn't be surprised, but nonetheless i'll eat my words and say what i hate to say, "you were right."
However, because i don't want to set a precedence of misc'er manners, i'll add "you were just a pr!ck with no backup on how you said it."Axe, author of "No Limits - No Regrets"

Put a deposit down on 2015 Ninja 1000 ABS so I will have first choice of colours when they come in. Debating on whether to get rid of the 500R or not...great all around bike that has taken it all for the last 6 years.

Chances are you're not struggling so why not keep it if you have the space and don't need the money? On the other hand if it won't get any street time I'd sell it. Better yet... if you know someone who rides or wants to learn to ride sell it to them and share the love.

Wouldn't be my first choice. It's setup as a tourer but it's really too small to be that effective at it IMO. I would have went with an FJR or a Connie in that case. Then again I'm still of the belief that ZX-14's and Busa's make killer touring bikes with the right comfort mods. I had an FZ1 before I started buying ZX-14's and it was too small and didn't produce enough torque for easy two up. Yet it still didn't perform like other 1000's either.
But to each their own I suppose.

Loose header bracket discovered. I knew it was either my engine or exhaust because the sound was coming directly beneath me. It was vibrating against the radiator mount. Cheap fix. Calling up the Pony right now to see if they have these in stock.

1st page?
Interested in getting into riding by the way. Only downside is I live in congested northeast Jersey where it's dangerous to be on the roads even in a tank.
