Did my first "sprinting" workout...if you would call it a sprint.
1/2 mile jog (8.5 mile pace)
Stretch out
4x400m "sprint" (about 1:45 pace...) 3 minutes between sprints
1/4 mile walk cooldown
Feel awesome after it, lungs burn to hell. That's what I get for smoking/drinking for 4 years eh? Can say im looking forward to the next workout, though, so that's cool.

Beartooth is pretty sick. Some of the best views and curves in America.
Lol @ being embarrased of being fat....Nobody cares honestly. Come ride fgt
Yeah what's funny is that there are 100 other roads that are better than the dragon with less traffic in VA/NC/TN. Not sure why the Dragon gets so much popularity.
And the Beartooth is isolation/insanely awesome too, along with tons of other roads in MT/WY*No bulge because micropenis crew*

4-8 inches brah. Nate's coming here? Should show the ******* round Columbus while he's here.
Lol spoken like a true hipster
Lol at your poverty laws and traffic where you *******s live
If you have any questions installing it let me know. I have the same one. Be very careful with the wiring and plastic housing around the LEDs. It's really poverty and will crack if you look at it the wrong way. I'll post pics in a min. While you wait for it to come in the mail, be sure to brush up on soldering skills and buy some heat shrink or electrical tape.*MFC*

Thinking about getting a 14R instead of new R1. I doubt I'll do enough track days to justify having the R1 and the roads around here suck as far as twisties go. 14R would be more comfortable and I can use it to commute to work.
I can get a 2014 for $4K plus my 10R in trade-in
Or 2015 for $4.5K plus trade-in

@iDEH this is the tutorial I used. Study up on it before you go screwing something up since it's not plug and play.
Very bright even during the day but this should def pass inspection

they used to inspect motorcycles in NJ when I rode there.
MA inspection is a bish.
BRB had to get rid of brand new tires due to "dry rot". Wish I had pics of what I used to ride on.
Which chains to you guys like as a replacement? I want that 3D but I need funds for coolant/oil/tires/carbon/filter and plugs.
and 6speed, was just thinking about the 14R on the way home tonight. Would make a great mount for just about anything.
and you need to find that model with mostly candy green paint.rumpler of stiltskins

lulz, what's your problem with the 14r? too much torque?
The Ape would leave me in that same position as the 10R and R1... track bike but not much track riding and no twisties roads close by.
Eggs-zack-ly... 14R can be ridden all day in comfort, yet still sporty enough to have fun on every type of road. I have a 30 mile commute (each way) and it's pretty much all a straight shot on a highway. Not much fun on a 10R or R1.R135

GOD knows we detest pointless health and safety rules here at Visordown, but it turns out there’s a reason petrol stations don’t like us refuelling from the seat.
It’s because, in the unlikely event of the bike bursting into flames, sitting on it is not where you will want to be – as shown in this video.
According to Indian car and bike websites Rushlane.com, which uncovered the CCTV clip, the bike caught fire when the automatic shut-off failed and the pump attendant overfilled the tank, spilling fuel on the hot engine. Although the headline on the clip says it's a KTM Duke 390, it's actually a 200, according the site.
The rider suffered burns to his right arm and thighs, and is recovering well, the site reports.

Like already mentioned, the bike is more comfortable. Also the power delivery on the 14R is more street-oriented than the new track focused liter bikes. You have to rev the 10R and new R1 to get into the powerband, but the 14R produces a ton of torque low in the rpm range. Always having that power on tap can be enjoyable.

Change the sprockets. At least -1 +2. It's a completely different bike. I have no idea why they are geared so tall from the factory, but it's fuking retarded.
The tuono is a street bike just like superduke/s1kr. The rsv4 is the track bike.
Honestly, you are disgusting me right now. I feel physically ill.

This is probably the feeling a father has, when he walks into a strip club and sees his daughter on stage.
Just overwhelming emotions of disgust, confusion, betrayal.

Fun bikes, but IMO a 14R is better for commuting. Just depends on what you want. I haven't ridden the 14R yet, going to have dealer prep one and I'll test ride it whenever the weather clears up.
14R is kinda ugly, but that's not really my problem while I'm riding it... everyone else will have to put up with the ugliness.R135
