So,I have recently joined a gym.Today,I could bench press 65 kg for 10 reps (5 sets),however during the cable crossover(this exercise-bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/cable-crossover) I had to be satisfied with 30 kg(15 each).I couldn't do even one with 40(20 each).
Is this normal or is my form the problem? Thanks in advance.

Actually,I haven't started any program yet.I was trying out different exercises, and found that I could really feel my chest while doing the cable crossover. I have done calisthenics for a year(can do one arm pushups, about 7-8 widegrip pullups, handstand pushups etc). And I have just joined the gym 3 days ago.
Which program do you suggest?

You are comparing a movement where the weight is free (can move in 3 dymensions) vs a cable movement, where the weight is stabalized and the pulley symtem means that you are not actually lifting all of the weight you think.
So in other words, you can't compare the loads of bench press and chest flies. 65kg x 10 at your bodyweight just starting at the gym is fairly good, make sure you are getting full ROM and not half reps."Do not subordinate fundamental principles to minor details."
