Will a teaspoon full of salt and warm water stop my persistent calf cramps?

Only if your cramps are caused by low sodium.

Some of the time yes, however some of the time it is magnesium. I found that a mixed electrolyte drink help me get over mine.

Incidently they are only short term, and when fully adapted / adjusted you go back to normal.
Things that are free have no value!

    DL 150kg
    Squat 130kg
    BP 100kg
    Press (shamefully) 45kg

Potassium chelate one capsule a day works best with me. My sodium intake is incredibly high, but necessary on Keto, but if I go a few days without the potassium I pay the price for it, surely.

If you are still using plain salt in Keto you need to switch to Lite Salt.
    Take magnesium as needed.
Get plenty of low carb veggies.
