Old Creatine

Is it okay to take Creatine that is about 3 years old? Does it age and turn bad?

Where was the tub kept for 3 years? How is the texture of the powder?

I just kept it in my room the whole time, and the texture was clumpy but I banged it against the table and it was fine powder again. I can post a picture after class.

Creatine is like 10$, just throw it out and get a new bottle.

If it was me, I would go ahead and use it. I'm not advocating taking expired supplements though.

Try it for a week or so. If It was stored in a cool dry place it should be fine. If its wet just throw it away and buy a new one. Creatine is pretty cheap.
