Alright so, to start this post out I will say that I am very sensitive to caffeine, so much so that a single coffee gives me borderline anxiety if drunken quickly. I was hesitant to order a pre workout because of this, but I decided I'd try it.

I had a scoop of wfr, and felt basically nothing. After about 15 minutes I have a slight tingling sensation on my left foot, and my heart rate was barely elevated. Like, less elevated than when I drink green tea.

What gives? I know I am not stim tolerant, I rarely have more than two cups of coffee a month, and like i said, just a regular cup nearly gives me anxiety.

Very confused, I didn't notice any extra pump either. To be fair though, it was chest day. Still, I was expecting at least some differences.

Recommendations aside, how am I able to tell if the pwo is actually doing anything? As it really doesn't appear to be. I will use 1.5 scoops tonight I guess.

Your not going to get a reply telling you how to use it, your under 18. best thing you can do is read the directions.

no supplement advice for underage. I would stop using pre-workout.

Well my routine has been working thus far, so I think me having a chest day is fine. Sure I don't have rippling pecs, but that doesn't mean I can't do chest day.

And alright, if I still have PWO questions in a few months I will ask.
