If someone in the Men's Physique at the Mr Olympia were to walk out with Bob Paris' upper body whilst in board shorts, do you think they'd win it flat out or do you think his torso would be considered "too much" for the division?
Sadik Hadzokic, who came second, isn't that far behind him in terms of upper body mass.

There's already a division called "classic bodybuilding".

Yeah uh, Bob Paris is actually complete vs. Sadik Flawdzovik. Judges picks are random and based on popularity which is why they bumped him and Cook so many spots this year. You can't even speculate on this when it is not judged objectively. This would be like trying to guess who's going to win a beauty pageant (the exact same actually).

Asides from his poor ab genetics, what are the "flaws" in Sadik's physique? I think he's easily still in the top 3.
In terms of actual aesthetics, though, I thought the Brazillian guy Felipe Franco looked one of the best yet he placed almost last because he was the only foreign guy and could barely speak English...

As an amateur he would be too big honestly. Most competitors gain a lot of mass after turning pro and are actually rewarded for it on stage in the pro ranks. Sadik is actually bigger than that in the offseason, he drops a lot of weight and some muscle when he hits the stage
