Anyone running BLSS 5 times pr. week?

If so, how is it? Stalling a lot or able to add 5 lbs each workout? Considering trying it, doing A/B/OFF/A/B/OFF/A and B/A/OFF/B/A/OFF/B and so on.
    Current Lifts
    Deadlift: 150x7/162.5x3
    Bench: 100x2
    Squat: 100x4 (RIP)
    OHP: 51x5

That's stupid lol have you ever tried squatting anywhere near 5x a week in the past? No? Then don't do it, it's stupid.

Babylover states you should train as often as you feel like, but minimum 3x pr. week. So youre doing it right.

he failed to mention he was riding bikes when he came up with that, so his ideas on frequency for novices are a bit doubtful.

3x a week is plenty for a novice.
