Really interesting concepts in this video. I'll be exploring this ( I have all the required tools/ ingredients) some time. I'm skeptical and not fully convinced, need to read up on the science of this a bit more. Dr cassar has some really amazing stuff, but he also runs off a bit of a 'woo woo' engine. Be skeptical with all his stuff, I've seen a lot of pseudosciencey things come from his mouth. Interesting video nonetheless.

Would any sunglasses with an orange shade/tint work with getting rid of blue light? I used to throw on shades every night at sundown since I noticed it helped a ton with sleep. I lost my pair but might buy something cheap like this if it actually gets rid of blue light

Thanks for the input brah, but I'm here to help people to the best of my ability.
I utilize url shorteners to allow me to better track click statistics. I like statistics, and this helps me better understand what works and what doesn't.

    Here's an example.
When you go to see a physiotherapist, the physiotherapist helps you solve a physical issue with your body, and afterwards you pay them a fee. It's an exchange of value between two people. The same thing if you hired a personal trainer to help mentor you, it's an exchange of value. Those are two rough examples, but the point is that when someone does work to deliver value, there may be a monetary exchange.

I'm putting in a lot of effort day and night to make the guides a reality. The truth is that it will take a lot of work, and a lot of my time. Having aff links helps me make this a reality, in a smaller way than you'd imagine. I'm here to help the misc and provide value. I just want to help people to the best of my ability. I think these are important topics that everyone, including miscers, could benefit from.

I stated it clearly in the original OP, that if anyone has an issue with the links, to just manually search for the product. To anyone reading this, purchasing through those links helps me make my guides a reality. I totally understand if you don't want to help, and you're under no obligation to do so.

Ask yourself if OP is putting in hard work to help people, and that maybe it's not such a big deal. Again, I'm here to share my passion for hacking life improvment. Thanks for stopping by brah, the guides will be all be released for free and you're still welcome to have full access to them, and my sleep book.

I can forgive you for being upset.
    <3

Going forward, I won't be replying to posts like this because it would be a better use of my time to work on delivering the guides.

I can't verify if any shades will do. They need to be at a blocking capacity threshold of <520nm, according to the book I mentioned earlier.

What you can do is a similar test to the one I posted earlier. Find it here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...post1298771411

Go to this image and put your shades in front. If all the blue light disappears, then you can be 90% certain that you have a working pair that will do the job. See if your glasses replicate what mine did, in the above mentioned post.

Haven't looked at that thread. One thing to keep in mind is that nothing will ever be perfect, the key take away is that people are trying new things and testing ideas. That's how solutions are found

Thomas Edison failed hundreds, or thousands of times before he found the right filament for the light bulb. Perhaps the people in that thread are close to find a solution to the hair problem.

No bro science in this thread, at least from me

New guide that I'm adding to the list that I want to explore.

    Hacking perfect hair quality

I want to explore ways to keep hair at its peak shine & aesthetic glow at all times.
You've heard the no-shampoo trend, and if you've tested it you'd see that after a few days you're hair quality peaks and you get the most glorious natural shine from your hair oils, then it goes away and your hair begins to have it's bipolar up and down peak states. I've experienced this. I'm going to explore the different ways in which one can optimize their hair quality for peak aesthetics at all times.

I've done a bit of experimenting with grassfed collagen (the protein building blocks of hair and nails etc). I saw my hair get thick. After a few weeks of supplementing with it I went to my hair dresser and she said "woah, the bottom of your hair strand is a lot thicker". This confirmed the collagen thickened my hair strands. That's not the complete part of the picture though, I have to figure out the oil portion of it, and dandruff. Will explore that later, and add it to the list of guides to create.

KEY point I forgot to mention in my blue blocker post. They said in the book that mothers who give birth to babies are constantly woken at night exposing themselves to blue light. They said that women who wore the glasses saw dramatic improvements in their sleep quality due to being able to fall back asleep quickly(because melatonin was still present). If you're exposed to blue light mid night, your body is like da phuck? it day time? Then melatonin production stops and your circadian rhythm goes haywire.

So yes, if you get up mid night, blue blockers will aid in falling back asleep. I was reading earlier today that your sleep isn't too disturbed if you wake up between deep sleep phases. It was related to polyphasic sleeping which is period short sleeps over the span of 24 hours.

Never had natto, looks like its a soybean derived food. Would not eat. ( I don't eat any soy, expect that soy sauce accidentally one time)

Want a clean, simple, vitalized aesthetic liquid that has no digestive fatigue? Green juice.
Want something that has texture and fills you up nicely? Green smoothie.

They both have their time and place, one isn't obsolete to the other. Different tools for different tasks nom sayin'?

I prefer green juice to green smoothies any day. When I make my smoothies, they are superfood smoothies with blueberries and bananas and other antioxidant rich foods.

Had an amazing lucid dream one time where I was fully aware, but couldn't control what was going on. Amazing dream, but got super strange. Prepare for chills, srs. Scary story time.

Was being chased by two people with snipers. Knew I had to start hustling so I headed for a bridge in the distance. Became slightly lucid & aware, did a little hop step skip and started flying up over the bridge. This gave me a nice head start. They were running, but I had still had this great lead. Next part I ended up in this part of a town where all the roads were oldschool brick. There was this castle like building on my right side. I walked through a wooden door and on my right side were a flight of stairs which curved up to a balcony. I got to the balcony and saw the two sniper people heading towards my way. I knew I was cornered. I didn't know where to go. The two of them were heading towards the door and soon to be up the stairs. As they were walking, they were sort of fade walking/ blurry. I was in the corner and turned around and saw them, the one just slowly walked towards me and then gave a slow deep hug. ? . I looked out the building and saw a cute girl with her friend, across the street which looked like they were entering some type of mall. They opened the door and inside was a golden elevator, the door shut and they disappeared.

Next thing I know, all of a sudden I'm inside this ancient dining room setting. I'm fully aware at this point. Not lucid in the fact that I have control, but I felt fully conscious and aware in the dream at this point. The room was completely empty except for me. The walls were a dark pink/ reddish colour. There was a big long table lined with a tablecloth, and lots of candles. There were no other lights except these candles, and it lit the room dimly, but enough to see the walls and surroundings. Next thing I know I start levitating with my feet in a lotus position. Literally floating cross legged at the end of the big table. All of a sudden an awareness crept in. I had this awareness that a mirror was beside me to my left. I paused for a moment, fully conscious and with the awareness that I was dreaming. I was making the decision whether to look or not, to see what might be in the mirror. I turned over to my left and looked into the mirror. I saw my face looking back but my eyes were rolled back completely white and my mouth was open. Simultaneously, I made this screeching sucking sound (like a reverse scream but sucking air in). I immediately fell to the ground from levitation, and as soon as I hit the ground I woke up. Really weird.

Lately my dreams have consisted of tons of flying dreams. Longboarding down a fast road and all of a sudden start taking off. Super cool feeling. I also have a TON of skiing dreams where I hit jumps and fly like 100 feet in the air. Brb one time had a dream going down the biggest ski hill in the world on a piece of cardboard hitting snow loop D loops etc. Fuark.

That's it for dream time today. Maybe I'll make a thread on it.

Bu to answer your question, no, I haven't experimented directly with lucid dreaming/astral projection but I would love to one day. Thanks for reminding me.

BTW you guys can also drink apple cider vinegar and it will help with your acne. When i used to use acne products i would do that because its easier and doesnt make ur face smell weird as fuk. All you need to do it drink a tablesppon of it twice a day. Mix it with water or something though cuz its reallllly acidic. make sure its the braggs brand with "the mother" in it.

Took a nice shower after ~ 30 minutes and skin seems lighter and there is a visible difference from before and after. Will be using this once-twice a week.

Really noticiablly exfoliates and cleans out all the pores (thought they were already pretty clean). Got some oil free spf 70 moisturizer on (only moisturizer that I got that is oil free).

Another guide I'd like to work on:

Creating super simple & cheap probiotic foods such as : Water kefir, kombucha + others.

The result is maximizing the good gut bacteria that we have. There is a lot of talk that the bacteria in our gut influences our brain. Will be researching this further.

    How to greatly diminish acne:

1.) kill stress (weed, party, exercise)
2.) stop eating anything that hurts your stomach/circulatory system (no sugar, no sugar alcohols, no dairy, no alcohol, no additives/preservatives)

living environments heavily contribute to stress, so if ur living with your parents and they're tryna control your life or with a stress gf, gtfo

all those creams and ointments are bullchit marketing, they're nothing compared to eating a wholesome diet that delivers so many nutrients to skin cells

"What do you say, for instance, about a generation that has been taught that rain is poison and sex is death? If making love might be fatal and if a cool spring breeze on any summer afternoon can turn a crystal blue lake into a puddle of black poison right in front of your eyes, there is not much left except TV and relentless masturbation. It's a strange world. Some people get rich and others eat sh*t and die."
