First off, 10g of creatine is more than you need; 3-5g a day is the recommended intake. This does not apply to you though since supplements are not recommended for those under 18.
Other than that, if you are honestly taking 5k+ calories a day and not gaining weight you should see a doctor, unless you are insanely active than something is wrong. Furthermore that's way more protein than you need- 130g would be well more than adequate for you.
To be blunt- you are likely counting wrong and are eating far less than what you think.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Ask your mom to cook more food for you.
At each meal, clear your plate and then ask for seconds. After you eat that much, if you can stuff another plateful down your pie hole, ask for thirds.
At your age, that's as complicated as it need be.
And stay away from supplements. Other than maybe a multi-vitamin as directed by your parents, supps are not for minors. No brain, no gain.

OK good I wasn't sure if you were paying attention but it's good to know you are.
Another thing I would change is your meal frequency. 9 meals is way more than you need. 4-5 seems to be about optimal. See here for example: http://www.simplyshredded.com/the-tr...t-protein.html
And include generous portions of vegetables and some fruit in your diet.

That's a big 'if'
In the hypothetical case that he isn't counting his calories accurately (which I think is possible) consuming super high protein is giving super high satiety, which would make it harder to reach surplus.
If we ignore the big 'if' for a moment, the high TEF probably wouldn't be helpful for gaining weight either.

I think that the advice you have been given is pretty good. Invest in some more oats, rice and starchy vegetables for carbs which can be quite cheap and keep lots of the fat you are already eating. Protein is very overrated and I usually keep it a baseline of 1 gram per pound of LBM or BW if I want to increase it. For somebody that is still growing as is 200 grams will not hurt and is still more than enough.

telling me that im lying or that im not eating that amount of food on daily basis when there living on the other side of the world is not advice.i respected and thanked those who gave me positive feedback or good advice.if you actually bothered to read the thread in its entirety you'd see that i have taken most of the good advice i have been given on board.such as taking only 5 gs of creatine, lowering my protein intake, increasing my carbs.so don't go around saying i have a thick skull when your too lazy to read the whole thread.again if you read up the comments that i "busted on" you will see that they were not advice ,they were just negative feedback or insults.so how about you cop on?
