my resources are empty tho lol

I've gone from 1900 trophies to 2100+ just from defensive wins, i reckon it's because i have hardly any loot in storages so people just use me to drop trophies. Thats what all my defensive wins were, people dropping trophies.

Almost done maxing TH6 but these resource collectors are a real bitch to upgrade. If I ignore them, I could have everything else fully maxed and be at TH7 in 1 week. But maxing all the collectors takes an additional week, even if I put 5 builders on it.

I only did collectors when I had nothing else to do while I waited for th upgrades. Mine are kind of low level but I get way more than enough resources from raiding

I'm a pretty developed TH8 and everything apart from walls costs 2+ million gold/elixir (apart from walls) or 25k+ dark elixir

but even at 1300 trophies I get wiped dafuq out as soon as my shield goes down

that is with a farming base too

Don't fully up your collectors, that way when there are 1 gem boost specials, you can cancel the boost via upgrading them, and then spend another single gem to boost for another 7 days or whatever, and get half your upgrade cost back. More $$

I think TH8 is hard because the final upgrades are really expensive but you don't have good enough defenses available to protect yourself, same reason beginning of TH9 is hard (once you get the xbows it deters people from attacking you a bit). Kind of sucks but all you can do is spend your loot ASAP, keep your clan castle full at all times, and keep your TH nice and far away from your base to encourage snipers

its so demoralizing. without fail some guys comes along with a bunch of max giants/hogs. drops 4 max heal spells and wrecks me even after hitting 5 spring traps. feels bad man

Pretty easy. You only attack full collectors or people who leave their resource storage on the outer or second layer. I usually bring 5 wallbreakers and 5 giants to soak up some of the damage while BARCH does its work but most people won't because it's just adding to the cost.

I've learned bring 2-3 Giants with 2-3 WBs will open up a lot more bases but aren't always necessary, so I save them and just use them on the bases that require em to get the resources. But most bases you can get with simple barching, even with depleted numbers from having the giants and WBs in there.

And my other farming army with 15 giants, 8 wbs, 15 barbs, 25 gobs, rest archers cost just about 100k elixer so it costs almost too much to save up elixer when trying to get upgrades.


Farming to upgrade walls is so fukin boring too.
