I mean , I'm having hard time to know what is true and proven and what is myth or not proven .
like stating a fact or study, then the link for it. for example
Fat doesn't make you fat .
http://drhyman.com/blog/2013/11/26/fat-make-fat/#close
but stating things that are not proven on Human is not OK . for example , stating that Aspartame is bad because it causes cancer in rats .
or you can say them under Myth section .

fat DOES make you fat.

With that said, 0% of the population ever got fat off of protein or carbohydrates, its the fat they are addicted to.
eat less and move more. Dont worry about chemicals, aspartame, HFCS, eat everything in moderation and use common sense. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Why cant people just use common sense and stop worrying about their irrelevant hormones and additives in food? I swear getting in shape causes people more eating disorders than they already had to begin with.
You dont need "citations" for common sense. If you cant lose weight, get on the treadmill for hours. There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?
