Need Paid MODELS: Hi all, I'm a photographer in Seattle area and looking for male bodybuilders with beards (esp. like Duck Dynasty) for a hopefully ongoing series of dramatic Bible character posters. I've lifted weights ever since a teen, more sports & strength training. My first project might be strong Noah and his 3 ox-like sons, so any age; but others to follow if a success. Let me know if interested via my website ParksCreativeCom with face and full JPGs. Will be a paying gig. The point is to direct viewer to read the Scriptures about character themselves. Hollywood is misrepresenting Scripture. I believe the Lord has need of it (Lk 19:31). -BP

I have found out that sometimes these flu-like symptoms are your body's way of telling you to slow down and allow your immune system to catch up.
I was sick last week for no reason other than being run down. Remember that your body grows during rest, not during training. Get some rest!

Orlando, Florida here. Used to run/jog a lot but have gotten into weight training the last five years.
Total Ectomorph here, so not a bodybuilder but I can feel mass in places that used to be just flat!
