I grew up in the 70s and 80s but now I wish I grew up in the 50s and 60s.

I kind of wish I grew up in the 1870's or so before the great extinctions were so bad (and got a chance to see things now gone), then frozen, and thawed out about 10 years ago in order to start lifting while I was still young.

Played with dinosaurs as a child. Back then everyone was thin; it was a matter of out-running the raptors or being one of their meals.

50s and 80s are considered the best of the bunch. Plus you got to see so much change in tech, music, tv etc...Sure you would be a tad older now, but you will have already lived. I feel bad for young people now. Scary times. And when ebola, isis or Putins nukes come knocking you can say "hey, I had a good run, no regrets." Bleed from your eye sockets and pass in peace.

As you tagged the thread as serious, here's a serious response.
Whether you were born in 1950, 1850 or 4000BC, you only have 2 things to worry about: taking care of your family and trying to leave the world a better place than you found it. Everything else is just BS.Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......
