Currently working on Steves Speculoos Cookie Butter. Initial impression is meh. The BJ core blows it away. The non dairy base just tastes off. Ive decided im not a huge fan of Steves. Last 4 or 5 have been let downs

You're crazy. Steve's is hit or miss (mostly miss) but I loved Speculoos and Whoopie Pie. I think it helped I got good pints because I've seen some really, really bad pints from them with almost no mix-ins. I also really like Blackberry Crumble. But that B&J's Speculoos is base is so fuking bland...
Guess what's back?

Was not a fan of B&J Speculoos because I was expecting a cookie butter core in the style of Trader Joe's Cookie Butter, but the Core was not nearly sweet enough.
Might get Salty Caramel and Speculoos from Steve's down the road, but no urgency as of now.
Their only flavor I would buy again without hesitation is Sunday Morning. The maple swirl was fantastic and at least there were some waffle mix-ins to entertain me. #basic

picked a few of these up from a local organic market on Sunday, it was buy 2 get 1 free. Cost was $4.99 per tub so just under 10 bucks for 3.
I got Hazelnut, peanut butter chocolate and coconut.
look to be honest, its pretty crap lol, but the girls selling it where smoking and I gave in.- If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.

New Orleans Ice Cream Co. Coffee & Chicory
http://theicecreaminformant.freeforu...coffee-chicory
If you enjoy coffee-flavored ice cream, and have purchase Café au Lait & Beignets before this is similar but without mix-ins. The small twist of a bittersweet caramel taste adds a nice compliment to a lower caloric option on the New Orleans line. While this is a very basic offering it was good, but does not meet up to the standards of the other pints NO Ice Cream Company has to offer

Cheese crown by graeters -- A
Top 5 graeters. Cheesecake base is unique and quite good. Icing swirl was almost like white chocolate, amazing. Struessel pieces were very good but would have liked them larger, in graeters fashion.

Coldstone Cake Batter Batter Batter
Haven't been to Coldstone in a very long time and passed one while traveling yesterday so I decided to stop in. Went with the cake batter base and added cookie dough & brownies. Good combination and two of my favorite mix-ins for sure! They had just stocked the pumpkin and I sampled it, but decided on the cake batter since everyone raves about it.. Will hopefully be able to venture back to try the pumpkin before season's end!I.C.E.D.

I've yet to find pumpkin/seasonal offerings, and it's been mid-summer-like hot here anyway, so I picked up Toasted Coconut Gelato from Graeter's. Really good authentic coconut flavor in this one. The coconut flakes are a bit underwhelming as an add-in, but I'm not sure what else could go in their place without it become some combination offering/not purely coconut. I'll definitely pick this one up again the next time I feel like coconut.

Bought the 7-11 S'mores and the Gelato Fiasco S'mores. Both were good, but holy crap is the 7-11 one amazing. That graham cracker flavor...bliss.

Got this after a long day, was hot and tired, definitely a great pick me up!
