Great to have you aboard brotha
Thank you! Yeah close to Giants but always been an A's and Cardinals fan. Started following the Cardinals as a young teen watching Ozzie Smith, the Wizard of Oz! We still go to the Y, mostly hit there when the kids want to go, otherwise hit Gold's as it is a bit closer.
Than you CM! Trying to work on my consistency and get rolling again. I love Anabolic Window, makes for a great Pre/Post meal and I agree, I've always been a fan of post workout meal when available and at least a protein shake, ExtremeOne74 broke down the importance of Protein/Carbs pre/post to me and since I've been sticking to it and I do notice the difference.

Right now my goal is to drop to the 260 to 270 range over the next 6 weeks. It is very doable assuming I keep my macros in line.
Thank you brotha
Thank you, feeling good overall, really just focusing on movements, trying to listen to the body and put out what the body can take, so not the normal 3 or 4 day split necessarily.
Glad to have you aboard! Looking to keep things rolling here for sure.IG/Snapchat: qstick99

The supported rows work okay for me. Hit or miss. Happy Belated bday to your son. Hope he had some fun .
How do you like those plate loaded pulldowns. I wish more machines/cable stacks were plate loaded. I think that has a more "free weight" type feel to it but of course being on a track. Best of both worlds. Hard to find those though.
How was the weekend man?
Just been busy working here. Nothing too exciting haha.

What's up all, great day in overall, actually walked over to the Y on my lunch break and hit some chest and triceps, then this evening while the little one was swimming, my wife and I hit cardio then some leg work. Felt great to hit legs, taking it easy on weight as I do not want to aggravate the prior leg injury. Used my Anabolic State this afternoon and tried some of what Country Mike sent me this evening. I'll get more into some thoughts on his care package after a little further use but so far really good!
Afternoon Session:
BB Bench Press:
20x95
20x115
15x135
10x185
5x205
3x225
2x225
2x225 immediately followed by 12x135
Cable Flys:
2 Sets of 15 with Pulleys Low
2 Sets of 12 with Cables in Center
2 Sets of 12 with Cables High
V-Bar Press Downs:
2 Drop Sets at 160/140/120/100/80
Super Set w/
Over Head Rope Pulls:
2 Drop Sets at 70/50/30
Evening Session:
45 Minutes on the treadmill
Leg Press:
7 Sets of 12-15 right around 400lbs
Lying Leg Curls:
4 Sets of 12 at 70lbs
Seated Leg Extensions:
4 Sets of 10 at 70lbs
Overall a pretty good day, did not have any food prepped ahead of time so utilized basic canned tuna, protein powder, Oatmeal and some left over dinner from last night. Here are some pics to what was sent from CountryMike!

CM blessing us with an appearance here! How you doing buddy?
Motivation is pretty good overall, biggest deal is working around everything. For a while having so much going on I was giving in to easy to just doing the minimal, I've adjusted some things and plan on keeping to the plan.
Thanks for dropping in! Great package indeed!
Thanks bro, was good to get the chest and triceps in on lunch break, need to do that more often!
Legs were feeling it today, even though it was not a crazy session, was the first in a little while.IG/Snapchat: qstick99
