Next time you leave home can you leave the door unlocked so I can take your food?
Probably a good philosophy you have on stims. Too many people become way too dependent on it! Ive read that some people take it to play video games with. Thats when you know its getting a little crazy IMO.
Very solid back session there.
Hows that going so far?

Thanks for dropping by guys! Just downed my Giant Pump and heading off to the gym.
So out of curiousity, if you are one who has had any decent luck using Natural T products, which did you like and didn't like? I'm probably undecided at this point, I've used a few and have seen some effects from some and minimal if anything from a few others. Thinking about trying one for a 8-12 week run. Being a rep for Nutrabolics I will not necessarily comment on our own at this point, curious to hear what everyone thinks about others and what might be recommended.IG/Snapchat: qstick99

Received my APE from AE so I may start on that one tomorrow or Monday and get another bottle or two for a 12 week run. I've heard lots of good things about it. Very nice of AE to replace the powdered tub I had that went south prior to it being opened!

What's going on all, hit a good session, stopped off at the store and picked up some food to prep some meals with so I have some food in the oven now. Hit a good session, was pretty brutal compared to anything I have done recently to say the least. It was good though in that I realized how much strength I have seemed to lose with the consistency issues and the way this workout was set up, you have to check to ease up somewhat on the weight regardless. I mixed some of Nutrabolics new Carnibolic and Thermal XTC preworkout, used my Anabolic State intra and JetMass post along with a good meal at home. Also started using AE Ape caps today.
100 Assisted Dips
Incline Hammer Strength Press:
3 Sets (Each set was performed with 3 drops, 60 seconds rest between sets)
Flat Dumbbell Press:
3 Sets (Each set was performed with 3 drops, 60 seconds rest between sets)
Decline BB Bench Press:
3 Sets (Each set was performed with 3 drops, 60 seconds rest between sets)
Cable Flys (Low to High)
4 Sets of 12-14 Reps 45 seconds rest between sets)
Cable Flys (High to Low)
4 Sets of 12-14 Reps 45 seconds rest between sets)
Cardio:
Stairmaster - 3 Minutes warmup - 10 Rounds of HIIT 30-45 Seconds fast pace followed by 30-40 Seconds slower pace) 3 Minutes cool down.
Thoughts: This session was very taxing for me but much needed. Nutrition was much better this week but still some work to go.IG/Snapchat: qstick99

Looks like I'm a little late with my thoughts on this but maybe keep this in mind for next time lol. I know a lot of folks on here don't think much of test boosters but I have had great results from a few and I have blood tests for proof. The ones I know for sure that have worked for me are APE, Supremacy and GAT's Finajet.
New Products look mighty sexy man . How was your 4th? Looks like you are getting it done in the gym! Are you feeling better and more consistent now?

Swuuu brotha, what's up! Doing alright over here, still been slammed at work, beyond draining but feeling pretty determined to get good and healthy and keep the nutrition where it should be and get them sessions in. Holiday weekend was cool, had Friday off, took Thursday off as well. We actually had a bday party for my oldest daughter on the 3rd which was a lot of fun. 4th was pretty good, was actually pouring at the winery during the day, came home and BBQ'd for the fam, then did smores with the kids and watched all the fireworks the neighbors were firing up. How was your weekend?
Just started on APE, day 2 but I'm looking forward to running it, probably will aim for 12 weeks, have not had much luck with the last couple of natural T boosters i'd say, noticed some effects but not too much. Hoping Ape will be good. Downing a serving of Carnibolic mixed with half a serving of ThermalXTC now and getting ready to hit Golds for Arms and Cardio. Got some meals prepped last night and will try to do a few more tommorw evening, that is helping a lot! Keeping eating so much cleaner with meals prepped!IG/Snapchat: qstick99

Sounds pretty hectic but also fun at the same time . Is your motivation back? .
Let us know how you like APE and of course all the new Nutra stuff!!
Yea it is probably especially good to have some meals already prepped for those days where you are really tired. This way you can just come home and eat and not have to worry about anything.
Loving all the intensity techniques you have been using!

Thank you brotha, products are working out well, great to try some new stuff from Nutrabolics!
Yes, the 100 assisted dips as a warm up actually worked out really well, did 5 sets of 20 with minimal rest in between, off to do back right now, warm up with assisted pull ups
Swuuu brotha, yeah have the meals prepped helps a lot, just have to stick to it and eat them and avoid everything else around. Enjoying the new Nutrabolics supps, been mixing a scoop of each for pre being they are the same flavor. Blue Raz is actually one of my least favorite flavors but this pretty good, looking forward to trying the other flavors for sure! On day four of Ape, we'll see how it pans out, going to pick up another bottle or two, or a bigger bottle and probably for for 12 weeks. So far, just been tired, work has been very taxing, got out a little early today after wrapping some things up.
Liking the workouts, hitting the drop sets as I have been has been great! It pushes me for sure! I'm hoping to see some good things from Ape, nothing out of this world but of course but noticable would be nice.IG/Snapchat: qstick99

Not a lot has been going on, been in and out of the gym with a few minor injuries, a hectic work schedule lately and at times lack of motivation. Got in a good cario session this morning, daughter wanted to go to the Y and swim so I got some cardio in, may go to Golds tonight and hit some weights otherwise will aim for a morning session before work.

Getting ready to get a session in, using some Giant Pump pre, mixed up some Anabolic State and Carnibolic for Intra and post I'm going with one scoop (not serving) of Isogainer and one scoop Hydropure, good amount of protein and a few added carbs from the gainer. As much as I love my Anabolic Window I've found a tub of Isogainer mixed with protein works well for a pre/post shake as well and using one serving at a time that Isogainer tub turns into a 40 serving tub or so. I've also got a few things from the crew at BPI I'll be using and giving a little feedback on here as well. I've used some of the products prior to some injuries and will be using a few more coming back, received a tub of Pump HD I'm looking forward to trying. I've also been enjoying Nutrabolics new Pre, Supernova, can't wait until that hits the boards and I'm able to get some tubs out!
