go to doctor, compare your hairline to older photos of yourself

chances are you're just being paranoid

also, you shed hair more in autumn

It depends how far along the hair loss is, but this is what you should do.

Start finasteride either .5mg or 1.25mg daily (5mg proscar or fincar cut into fourths, purchased online at alldaychemist.com, buy a pill cutter) doesn't matter the dose you use though as long as its over .25mg.
if you want max regrowth possible, use liquid minoxidil 5% once or twice daily, but if you are satisfied with maintaining I strongly suggest not wasting your time and money on it.
Start nizoral 1% or 2% shampoo, use twice weekly, NOT almost daily or daily or it will ruin you hair

Inhouse pharmacy is where you can get some finasteride. Although would recommend trying to get a real prescription first, use this if you can't. I've gotten from here a few times.

I would recommend getting proscar or a generic brand instead (same sutff - finasteride, just 5 mg instead of 1 mg) and cutting the pills. Save 4 times the money.

finasteride is VERY important, like in terms of importance of those three things, its like finasteride is 80% of that regimens effectiveness, minox like 15%, nizoral like 5%

you gotta save up money for a hair transplant brah, try propecia but I doubt it will work for a full on bald case

he cant get a transplant. He gets hair transplanted, then what? He isn't even dr. phil mode yet. He is going to continue to lose the natural hair on the top of his head and will be left looking unnatural as fuk with strangely placed transplanted hairs all over the top of his head. Young people cant get hair transplants without finasteride

if you buy proscar and a pillcutter it costs under 20 dollars a year, as opposed to name brand which will cost you 900 dollars a year for the same fukking thing

Generic proscar is cheapest. $30 a month and cutting will make it last 4 months. Ask the doctor for this option.
