Can anyone aware me on the buzz surrounding glycerol? It's annoyed me for ages people take it as a supplement. I've lost my sources, but due to it's hygroscopic nature I thought it actually drew water out of muscle cells, which is the complete opposite of what anyone would want??

His post is a bit too extreme and I'd happily discuss it with him here if he still had an account. Glycerol does indeed create an osmotic effect. If you ingested pure glycerol and NOTHING else, you would draw water out of the myocyte. If you drink water with your glycerol as anyone else who drinks a preworkout does, you actually create an isotonic beverage. This means the fluid directly enters the bloodstream and no water is drawn from the intracellular compartment because tonicity hasn't changed.

Certainly. Everything is context dependent. In a formula with pre-existing cell volumization (taurine) plus vasodilators (drop BP), you will want something like glycerol to pull water out of cells and into the plasma. This normalizes cell tonicity and stabilizes blood pressure. The fallacy with quoting old posts (and I see this done all the time) is that context is not maintained.

I don't think this has been discussed at this time. Maybe a 60 scoop tub that's split in the middle... 30 scoops of Blue Ice and 30 scoops of Paradise Cooler.

I think my idea will be shot down by the higher minds.

you usually want regular gms for fat emulsification with ArA. but High Volume stacks great with ArA still

It's a solid combo. I've never looked into if it's GMS that is needed for the emulsification or if glycerol alone is sufficient. I've stacked the two and the pumps high volume elicit are further augmented from the ArA.

I just tried high volume with x factor and I also added some CL stimino to the cocktail, and it was freakin awesome. I'm hoping glycerol can take the place of GMS in this case because I cannot imagine adding more. The pumps were sick and I'm definitely feeling it the next day. Hoping this will help break my plateau

Have not used Alphamine, but HV + Norcodrene is excellent. Great pump and focus. I'd imagine that HV + Alphamine is similar.

You're correct stating Alphamine hits harder then Norcodrene.

Your dosing set up looks good above.

Makes for a solid pre workout - I still favor the Norcodrene for weight loss overall I liked it's effects more over several month's time, but still alphamine will make for a better pre workout.

I used 2 scoops alphamine at a time pre workout and sometimes caffeine pill depends obviously on your tolerance - like 125mg per scoop of caffeine.

But typically alphamine is used 2/1 or 1/2 ( obviously when using it as a fat burner ) there 84 scoops in the tub but myself always used 2 pre - will just have to experiment with it and see what you like most. How I would like to use it would be 2/2 with additional Y-HCL or if the new Alpha-T2 comes out before I use it again maybe those 2 combined like I did with Norcodrene I loves the Y.

Think perhaps to much thought is going into this bro just use it!

Also the Cherry Limeade > Fruit Punch > Raspberry Lemonade for me but I like all the flavors have had couple of each.

I bought a tub of HV few weeks ago. Definitely a fan of it stacked with more of an energy burner sup than another pump supp. I've had some almost painful pumps with it.

We certainly don't advise stacking it with another pump stack. 2 scoops of HV max.
