Question Good upper body workout ?

So I'm thinking of beginning a bulk instead of continuing on my cut that has lead me nowhere. What is a good upper body workout routine I can perform 3x a week. I've already got a solid lower body routine, I just need a solid upper body routine. My chest, abs, back, and arms are extremely lacking in comparison to my legs and calves.

(OH) Press. Bent Over Rows. Dips. Chin Ups. Bench Press. Shrugs.

Why not start a proper routine instead of trying to do some split? If you have to ask, you don't have the knowledge to create a more effective routine than is available to you..

so you are not gonna train legs ? your legs are giant too ? nobody writes an upper body only routine , thats a nonsense concept to begin with

No I am training my legs and they're not huge, it's just that my upper body is the weakest out of the two. I already have a lower body routine that has worked well for me. i just haven't had much luck with upper body routines

follow a routine , stay on surplus for at least 6-8 months , try to progress on your lifts. it takes time to build up , your profile pic doesnt look like you have been training for some time. maybe you are not pushing yourself enough

3 days a week - Push/Pull/Legs? Make sure to hit your deads, squats, and bench during your bulk.

yup,if you wont be consistent , dont even start this , because consistency is #1 factor to get results . you have to keep going without skipping any day

At your weight do a starting strength program 3x a week. Stick to main compound and build some mass
