Been on these forums for years off and on here's a few updated transformation photos I've made over the summer getting ready for my competition on Nov 1st which will be my last competition win or lose Before Photos to the left were taken 7-16-14 and current photos on the right were taken between 9-28-14 and 9-30-14.

thanks! My diet was a basic typical bodybuilding bro diet. Nothing crazy. Haven't measured or weighed food at all, mainly portion control, kinda keep carbs and protein 50/50 throughout the diet, 1 cheat meal a week which was pretty much Chipotle every week for me lol
been doing this for a long time so I kinda know how my body reacts to certain foods and diet. Only can cram in 3 to 4 real meals during work days, the rest consist of whey protein shakes and believe it or not, quest bars up until now with 4 scoops of PB2 with a dash of walden farms maple syrup mixed in lolspreading fitness health and aloha on the 9th Island :) follow me on instagram ebone45!!
